Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Reservation Requirement: All appointments must be booked in advance through email system, by phone, or in person. Deposit: A 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking. Deposits are applied to the final balance at the time of service. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via email or text once your booking is approved. Unconfirmed appointments are not guaranteed. Arrival Time: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time. Payment: Full payment is due at the end of your photo shoot unless otherwise stated. Cancellation Policy Notice Requirement: We require [48/72 hours] notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made after the required notice period will incur a $50 fee No-Show Fee: Guests who do not show up for their appointment without will not get deposit refunded. Repeated Cancellations: Clients with frequent late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments or may lose booking privileges. Emergencies: We understand unexpected events happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an emergency; exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
